Good Morning, ABBA, Father.

There’s a song in my head this morning.  “It’s a beautiful morning. Think I’ll go outside for a walk.” I’m old but young at heart. I believe that song was sung by The Lovin Spoofull.. back in the ‘60s when I was in high school. The sun is shining…and I’ve decided to spend some outside time today, which brightens my spirit. 

Sipping my Cup of Fancy, (strong Green Mountain Dark Magic Decaf…one of my favs  splash of cream), I zone in on my palette of colors, which also ignites my spirit. These three colors can make a beautiful home décor. How appropriate that the colors represent summer, growth, and abundance.

What does it mean to live in expectation? 

Once I lay my requests before the Lord each morning, I await for his blessings to flow. I believe that,”Something good is going to happen to me.” I look for it.

It can be the smallest sign, as that of a butterfly.

Years ago at a retreat, as hands were laid upon me, the following words were spoken over me.”He wants you to seek Him, as did the woman with the issue of blood.”  “You are coming out of a cocoon, and thus the Lord is setting you free and recreating you.”

I knew something good was going to happen through the retreat; however, The Holy Spirit blew my mind!

It’s hard to wait upon The Lord. Sometimes his answer is quick. Sometime his answer will come years later.

So today, I want you to “Sip in Expectation”…..God is a good God and will bring the answer at THE BEST TIME!

MY CHILD: Human Nature wants things to happen immediately. However, I don’t work that way. Rest, relax, and trust Me! Isaiah 60:22 “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen!”
