This is your little girl here…reaching out once again. So often in this world of stress and Go… Go… Go, I feel so incompetent.
I want to do everything perfectly; at home, at work, as a parent, or within my community. I set my expectations so
high, that even Wonder Woman couldn’t possibly accomplish them.
Winter has a way of wearing down one’s spirit. However, your Holy Spirit that lives within me, gives me hope, wisdom, and guidance.
As I wear something sapphire today, wash me with “Competence.”When I see this beautiful color on my person, it will remind me that you are with me, and that I am competent enough to do all that is required of me this day. Within your presence, I can sparkle.
It is through you, Lord, that all strength and competence come to my spirit.
Lord, I ask that those around me see the Light of Jesus, and are inspired by me as a role model for your kingdom. Color my world, Lord. Allow me to become vibrant. The mundane so often overtakes women who have so much on their plates. We try to do it all, but so often fail at our own attempts.
I surrender to you, Lord. Fill me with your peace and competence as I walk through this day at work and at home. Praise to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, as you surround and indwell me this day. Now I will enjoy my Cup of Fancy: the symbol of a colorful Holy Spirit that indwells me. Thank you for the peace that I receive, as I spend time with you, sipping my COF, and drinking in all of Your Spirit.
Thank You, Father for this blessed day.
MY CHILD: Never allow the world to make you believe that you are not competent. Each and every one of you have
special gifts. Not everyone is college material. However, everyone is Godly material, and rely upon my guidance for career opportunities. I will put you in the right place, at the right time. BREATHE AND BELIEVE! My timing is perfect. Remember that I have each day of your life planned according to my holy will. Surrender to me. Take hold of my hand. WE will walk through this day together…fully competent.
I love You.
YOUR,
ABBA, Father
2 Cor.3:4-6 Such confidence as this is ours through Christ before God. Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant-not of the letter, but of The Spirit, for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives.
Romans 15:14 I myself am convinced, my brothers, that you yourselves, are full of goodness, complete in knowledge and competent to instruct one another.
1Cor.6:2-3 And of you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? Do you not know that you will judge angels?
