Memory Verse: Lead me, Lord, to count my blessings.

Good Morning, ABBA, Father,

As I sip my Cup of Fancy (Chocolate, Cinnamon, Brownie  svtea.com), I ponder upon my palette of colors that speak of blessings.

There was a song in the 1950’s called “Counting My Blessings.”

Lyrics: When Your weary and you can’t sleep, just count your blessings instead of sheep, and you’ll fall asleep counting your blessings.

Wow..I have nothing to complain about, even though:

*I had shots in my back and a hip replacement last year.

*Since Jan., I’ve had foot surgery, gum surgery, and saw a new back doc for my compressed disc.

* I was in a very, weary, mental state in Jan/Feb. Lying with my foot up for a month, and hobbling to the bathroom, was not fun.

I began speaking aloud, ”I am the righteousness of God, through Christ. I can do all things through Christ, who empowers me. I realized that I had to get my mind inTHE WORD, and into the positive reality of the spiritual realm.

I began to sing “”Amazing Grace,” and “Counting My Blessings.”

THEN I BEGAN SEEKING….PRAISING… AND COUNTING MY BLESSINGS.

* I began to see in my mind, all of the fun stuff I’m going to do this summer…..even though I am going through a back surgery. 

I began to praise God for the health and safety of our family, and the strength of my husband.

*None of my surgeries were life threatening…just inconvenient.

BE COME AWARE OF HOW SATAN TRIES TO PLAY HIS LITTLE TRICKS WITH YOUR MIND.

I’m blessed because:

* My family is safe and healthy.

*I live in America ..with a President who keeps his promises.

*We have the farm and retirement set -up.

FYI My husband milked cows 7 days a week twice a day for 43 years… and he’s still farming.  I taught 35 years and we earned every bit of it. Our farm is a Century Farm. His Grandfather bought it in 1917; however, we had to by half of the acreage.

Father, I praise you for the many blessings in my life.

MY CHILD: Worry and fear of where surgeries and illnesses will take you, does you no good. First, you must take one day at a time. Live and be happy in the moment.

Deut.31:6 Be strong and courageous.  Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for The Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

Believe that I will carry you through your sufferings.

I AM ……WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU AND  I WILL UPHOLD YOU!
