APRIL 3

Colors: Red/White/Blue.. Sherwin Williams – Real Red/Rarified Air White/Honorable Blue.

Value of Concentration: Dependence vs Independence.

Memory Verse: I am dependent, only upon The Lord.

Good Morning, ABBA, Father,

I’m out on my country porch this morning, for the first time this spring!.  I’m so excited! No windows are open yet; however..Coffee..Thee..and me are on the porch. My Cup of Fancy is Hazelnut Decaf..splash of cream.

The colors of the American Flag represent our topic.  The red symbolizes hardiness and valor; the shed blood of Jesus Christ. I am dependent on Him for my salvation.

White represents purity and innocence. Since the sacrifice of Christ, I am innocent and righteous, in the eyes of God.

Blue represents vigilance, perseverance, justice: working towards independence, and freedom in my lifestyle.

God has given us a free will to receive Him..or ignore Him. As far back as I can remember, I was dependent on God. During my school years, I received Christ as my Savior; however, there were 1000 rules attached if you  you wanted to make it to heaven.

THEN CAME THE REALITY OF GRACE THROUGH

                    THE SACRIFICE OF CHRIST.

At 30 years old, The Word opened up to me, and my life exploded!  I began to build a relationship with Him.

At 50 years old, He began to prepare me for authoring.  My book: THE ERSTWHILE ACORN,  due to be published spring of ‘24, relates how God transformed my life from a little acorn into a Mighty Burr Oak.

He guides my decision making. His Word teaches me amazing and wonderful things, I do not know. Jeremiah 33:3

Oh! I would never have survived the trials of this life without my dependent relationship on God.

Psalms has a plethora of scriptures:

Psalm 51:10 Create in me a pure heart O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Psalm 106:31 This was credited to him as righteousness for generations to come.

Psalm 107:6 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress.

Psalm 107:14 He brought them out of the darkness and the deepest gloom, and broke away their chains.

Psalm 112:7 He will have no fear of bad news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.

In this world, Father, there are few people that you can fully trust and depend upon. I’m blessed with my family and God’s Squad Bible Study Sisters.

The Word is filled with scriptures declaring the greatness, mercy, and Grace of God; which is why I am FULLY DEPENDENT UPON YOU, ABBA.

I CANNOT IMAGINE A DAY WITHOUT YOU.  YOU ARE THE CONSTANT WITHIN MY LIFE.

You are my first thought, as I awaken, and my last before I doze off to sleep.

So often during the day, I say,”Jesus, I surrender my life to You. Take care of everything.”  I am totally dependent on You; for my rest, peace, guidance, and sanity.

Father, I praise You for turning the light on in my brain at 30 years old. I praise You, ABBA, for making me totally dependent upon you.

Thank You, Father for blessing me this day.

MY CHILD: As you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, an entire new world opens up to you. Your mind, thoughts, words, and actions all come under the blood of Christ. Get ready for jobs, relationships, and new opportunities to come knocking on your door. Get ready for your life to change. You are about to begin the ADVENTURE OF YOUR LIFETIME.

Dependence upon me will gain for you wisdom, knowledge, and The fruits ofThe HolySpirit. When illness, or trauma arises, I carry you, as you depend upon Me.

Trust and rest in Me. I love you.

Your,

ABBA, Father

Psalm 18:1-2 I love you, O Lord my strength.  The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.  My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.

Proverbs 18:1-2 Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.

John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, kill, and destroy.  I have come that they may have life, and have it more abundantly.
