Good Morning, ABBA, Father,

I am tucked up this icy Feb. morn with an ice pack: I’ve had a knee replacement. I need to be empowered to work through these exercises. However you are with me. You will not leave me nor forsake me.

My Cup of Fancy is Dark Magic Decaf Coffee/Green Mountain. It’s dark warmth imbibes me with your essence. As I drink, I am inhaling the goodness, warmth, and strength of your Spirit.

You defined me with the color purple years ago, when you anointed me with my author’s name of “Fearless Faith.” Purple is the combination of the strength of reds, combined with the stillness and royalty of blues.

Quite often when one is laid up, it is an opportunity to spend time with you and research; a time to get my head in your word.

The saying goes;”One seeks God, til He finds you.” No matter what my circumstances are in life, you always find a way to communicate with me. When illness drains the mind and body, the only hope one has is YOU.

One learns to take the steps towards healing. If the syndrome is a lifetime issue, that one has to deal with; your peace settles one’s mind.

My heart speaks loudly; “The peace of Christ will get me through this battle.” The peace, strength, wisdom, and know how all come together, once I have walked through the fire with you.

Thank You, Father for continuously teaching me and blessing me with the wisdom to be steadfast during trauma. My Granny’s statement has always proven to be true. “On the other side of a Job trauma, God showers you with blessings.” I feel your presence empowering me, as my body heals. Thank You, Father, for blessing me this day.

MY CHILD: You have discovered a great treasure. You accrue the most peace, knowledge, and wisdom during trials and tribulations. You realize that the headway and achievements you acquire come through prayer and dependence on me. This is a discipline that you have learned. So many nonbelievers turn to alcohol, sex, and drugs. However, you have chosen the path of life. You will receive many blessings because of your faithfulness. I love you.
