Life on the farm is crazy in the fall. I look at my retired teacher friends and comment,”How in God’s name did we do it?”

My husband was busy with milking and harvesting. I was busy teaching, and running boys to football. There was a lot of stress and anxiety that I placed upon myself, to get the job done perfectly.

The 50’s religious rules cried out. You have to be the good, little girl and earn God’s love, and the community’s approval. NO LONGER! I LIVE UNDER GRACE!

So often, as mothers, wives, friends, and grandparents, we feel that our lives are in a never ending whirlwind. Our stress and anxiety levels are over the top.

Often medical help is necessary to have a calm, fulfilled life, due to a physical condition entitled,”Brain Chemistry.” SO WHAT! The world has a tendency of taking us to the limits. Remember, you must take care of your health, before you can take care of others.

Father, allow your Daughters to feel Precious. Teach them to Breathe and Believe. Each woman needs time to detox daily, and to reset her time clock.

Color has an amazing effect on one’s personality. The colors of jade and spring green reek of rest and rebirth.

Surround yourself with colors that are calm, and help your anxious thoughts to melt. Treat yourself to rest daily; step by step, God will recreate those anxious thoughts.

Spend time with God, within your War Room that is created especially for the two of you.

Once you get used to pouring out your heart to Him daily, as you await His quiet whispers, your life will take on an entire new adventure.

Thank You, Abba, for breathing your empowerment within me. All fearful thoughts fade, as I realize that You are in control of my life.
