God has an amazing sense of humor. Once I relay the occurrence of that eve, in April of ’99, you’ll see what I mean.

        The evening began as usual. There was a team of prayer leaders that again lay hands on each member, and speak blessings over them. Linda (Extravagant Grace) was now the leader. Along with her, an attorney named Harry was also a leader. He neither had a clue who I was, nor did he know anything about me.

       The following thing were spoken over me:

*My roots reach the Living Water. Job 29:21-25.

* I have a willing heart.

*The Lord will restore the years that the locusts have stolen. the old locusts..and the young locusts.

* You will see the gentle heart of your husband and nurture it.

*I am given a special anointing as I minister to children.

*Don’t be ashamed of the denomination in which you were raised. He will use you.

* His yoke is easy and His burden is light.

*He wants you to pursue Him like the woman with the issue of blood.

*God uses His faithful people no matter what label they carry.

       I thought that I had received a great blessing.  However, the best was yet to come. As we were getting ready to depart, Harry stopped Gracie and said, “Wait! There is one more thing that He wants her to know.”

       He flipped the pages of his Bible with his thumb. As he stopped, he read the following:

It’s from the second book of Habakkuk.

“Write down the revelation so that a herald may run with it. Even though it lingers, wait for it, for it will surely come.  It speaks of the end and will not prove false.”

       It was the same scripture that Linda Grace had given me, when we came back from The Women of Faith Convention. I was literally on the floor…in tears!  Linda whispered in my ear, ”That’s why we call Him God!”  What a confirmation! HE IS GOING TO DO SOMETHING, AS I WRITE…I WAIT UPON THE LORD!
