Good Morning, Abba….Father,

On this beautiful winter morning, I see the colorful rays of of sunlight glistening on the morning snow. Shades of pink, orange, violet and purple spread across the horizon, as the sun welcomes the day. Only you could create such beauty.

In the morning shadows of the trees, I see the color periwinkle on the snow. The effects of peace, calmness, and serenity remind me that no matter what befalls me this day, you are here with your arms around me.

The shades of white rebounding off of the snow, speak to me of purity. It says,”You, My Daughter are pure in my eyes, through the blood of my Son, Jesus Christ.”

My response:”Who me? Who sinned and pounded in the nails at the crucifixion?”There are so many times that I feel unworthy of your Grace. So many times, I make mistakes, or say unkind words within my family and other relationships.

I often feel that I am totally out of control. I need you, Father, to give me the correct thoughts and words to speak. Live in me, take over my spirit and keep it pure and as white as snow.

I repent, Father of any sin of impurity in word or deed. Teach me to ask for forgiveness of those whom I have offended. May I be a role model to my children, spouse, and all relationships. May they see effects of the Holy Spirit.

Thank you Father for blessing me this day. May the world see a pure spirit within me.

MY CHILD:  There is only one thing that made you pure in my eyes…..the blood of Jesus Christ….My Son…. The sacrificial Lamb, who takes away the sins of the world.

Once a person repents of his sin, and begins a relationship with Jesus Christ… the Holy Spirit begins to dwell within him.  He is righteous through Grace. You are then sealed with The Holy Spirit…..and your name is written in The Lamb’s Book of Life. The promise of Christ….”No one comes to The Father, but through me.”
