MEET HIM IN THE QUIET

Forgive Yourself…and Face Your Giants

Psalms 1:1-3 Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stands in the way of sinners, or sits in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, on which he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.

Luke 15:7 I tell you, in the same way, there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over 99 righteous persons who do not need to repent.

Isaiah 30:15 In repentance and rest is your salvation. In quietness and trust is your strength.

Isaiah 32:17 The fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever.

Anyone who is a Christian has repented and asked for forgiveness. We’ve all been there and done that. However, true repentance is a continuous act.

Finding my “Quiet Time,” to spend alone with God is my time to communicate, regenerate, and ignite. It is amazing the things that God will not only teach you, but show you shortcomings about yourself, that need to be addressed.

My favorite scripture completely describes what the Word of God did to my brain:

Jer.33:3 Come to me and I will answer you, and teach you amazing and unsearchable things you do not know.

WHAT HE TAUGHT ME:
– That I am saved by the Blood of Christ.
– I am saved by grace. There’s nothing I can do to earn my salvation. He did it for me. All I need to do is simply believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ.
– That my Jesus has no denomination. We are simply saved through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
– I needn’t be anxious of whether or not I confessed a sin in “The Confession Box,” or about how many hours/days I’d spend in purgatory. Oh don’t laugh friends. As a child of the 50’s that was a real deal….and it scared the hell outta me!
– That He will receive his Bride the Church and resurrect the dead in Christ, at the Rapture; as he receives us unto himself. Go to Amazon Prime and view the movie “Before the Wrath.” It aligns the rapture with a Galilean Wedding.
– That Satan is alive and well on planet earth. His desire is that you believe that your sin is unforgivable.
– That our nation is being shredded by Liberal ungodliness. IT’S TIME TO FACE YOUR GIANTS!

I’VE LOST FRIENDS OVER THIS COMMENT.”How anyone can say they are a Catholic and vote for a man who just signed a bill for late term abortion ….up to an hour before birth…is beyond me!” Listen to Jonathan Kahn’s latest u-tube video. He is the Judaeo/Christian prophetic author of THE HARBINGER.

WHAT IS YOUR GIANT?
– Political Pride: Your mind has been fed such trash and ungodliness by the fake, liberal media, that you have become brain washed. Jim Acosta..seriously nut-job reporter; yesterday he commented,”All conservatives are a major threat to our democracy.” OK Hitler..let’s start rounding up all the Christians. That’s what it’s coming to, believe it!
– The Fruits of the Holy Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Self-Control. We all have sinned against these in one way or another. However, has that sin become a GIANT?
– Adultery, sexual perversion, trans-gender, porn, pride and self-righteousness, domestic violence, lewd parenting, immorality.
– Women having children by multiple men and vice versa.
– Sex before marriage; whether you like to hear it or not, it’s not on God’s menu.
– Girlfriend Drama; I walked away from that in high school, college, and changed colleges to get out of a fake sorority.
– Adult Drama: My husband and I walked away from a church group, and Liberal so-called friends have left us. Some friends come for a reason. Some friends come for a season. If spiritually they pull you down…God says,”It’s time to move on. We are not to judge…HE DOES.

God deems you worthy, only through his son, Jesus Christ. He is standing with his arms open wide:”Come home my prodigal son. Come home.”

HEAVENLY FATHER: Teach your children to forgive themselves of the sins that you have already forgiven. Teach them to find you in the “Quiet.” Help them to Face Their Giants. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
