Good Morning ABBA, Father,

It’s foggy this morning, as the sun tries to tiptoe through the clouds. It’s almost as if I’m looking through a blanket of snow, and I can see streaks of colors permeating the mist.

It’s time for a flavorful Cup of Morgan House, Oatmeal Cookie, Decaf…splash of cream.

My beautiful palette of blue and whites refer to my spirituality. 

What is spirituality? It’s not praying 24/ 7. It’s a quick whisper to You or from You, ABBA, as I go about my work day.

Whether you are sitting at a desk, being a stay at home mom, working in a factory, changing dirty diapers, running your kids to school and sports activities or  teaching your infant…..whether you are teaching, cleaning houses, working in a store….wherever God has placed you, within a special position, you can grow spiritually.

Prime Example: How can being a stay-at-home mom, help you to lock into your spirituality. 

*This is something I wanted to do for 5 years…I was going to be their first teacher, and no one else. Then I went back to teaching, as they entered school.

Do you realize how important it is to read to your child while he/she is in your womb? He/ she feels the left to right, movements, the pauses, the excitement!

As an Educator, it made me ill when I had students come to me, who had never held a pencil, colored a picture, or read a book. PRESCHOOL SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL!

Each year, as I watched my students grow, I grew spiritually. I became a better person.  

Everyday mundane jobs, can glorify God, and help you grow spiritually.  However, you have to be willing to put in the time, with God, your kids, your family, yourself….and be still and know that HE IS GOD!

Thank You, Father for your guidance, and for blessing me this day,

MY CHILD: Follow this formula….Soak your mind in My Holy Word= A Soaked Mind Will Be Transformed=A Transformed Mind Will Be Able To Discern The Will Of God=Once you are able to discern the Will of God, you will be able to make Healthy Decisions for your life……and you will no longer adhere to the sinful patterns of this world.
