Good Morning ABBA, Father,

It is a hot, sunny morning, LOL…therefore I am making my Cup Of Fancy (Lavender, Lemon, Mint from the Garden, Iced Tea) in Granny’s Fancy Teapot.

I sit here in the warm “SonLight.” Searching your Word, as you give me direction.  It is the only, true, way to detach your mind from the world, and reach for spiritual decisions.

The above colors of my palette say,”Relax, let it go, and depend upon God.”

When I married my Farmer 52 years ago, I prayed so hard to find an Elementary Art Teaching Job, near our farm in Plain City, Ohio.

God, and only God, provided such a job for me! It was evident that it was a miraculous circumstance.   It was a million to one circumstance. I taught In Jonathan Alder Schools as an Elementary Art Teacher from 72-75. 

Advance, 20 years; I had some serious postpartum issues, birthed 3 boys, had a hysterectomy, taught at a Baptist Preschool, got re-certified, and got rehired as a Kindergarten Teacher.

My sister encouraged me to start my Masters Degree. I laughed and said,”He’d have to lay it in my lap!”  He did!

One week later, I met two colleagues coming out of The Dutch Kitchen. I laughed at their questions.

“Sue, Wright State University wants to come to JA and offer a Masters Degree Program!” Please, tell us you’re in!”  I laughed, as I acquiesced.

Of course I called my sister immediately.” You better sit down before you fall down…never doubt Our God!”

It doesn’t always turn out the way you think it should be.  It turns out the best way God thinks it should be.

I worked on my Masters from 92-95,taught for 19 more years, and retired in 2014, with 30 years, at age 65.

Trust me, I lived through some horrific health situations to get to that point in my life.

THEN YOU TOOK OVER……at age 50….. BIGTIME!

I knew that you had a major plan for my life.

My Friend, there’s going to come a time within your walk of faith….that Jesus is going to ask something of you…..and you will be blown out of the water!!!!  You will be numb….You will ask,”Why Me?”

As he did with Peter, Mary Magdalene, and the Apostles, He erases your past, and makes you a new creation to spread the Kingdom of Heaven.

Do not be afraid of his questioning. Say,”Yes,” and embrace it. Depend on Him for direction.

Sitting here blogging blows my mind. The old me was such a mess….now I am YOUR MESSAGE. Thank You, Father, for blessing me this day.

MY CHILD: John 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches.  If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me, you can do nothing.

This scripture depicts completely, how your growth occurs, according to your dependence on Me.  I AM…is your Source of life.  Breathe…Rest….Depend on Me, and I will give you the direction, in which you should go. I will lay it in your lap, when MY TIME…. is right for you.
