Good Morning, ABBA, Father,

I love spending time together. Cozied up with my Bible,  and my Cup Of Fancy; today it’s a pot pf Peach Tea, within my purple, flowered teapot. Praise You, ABBA, for at this point in my life, I truly know You.

LOLOL! I laugh at the hot mess I was throughout high school, college, and my early years of marriage. Oh! I received Jesus as my Savior; however, I had to earn your love.  I didn’t know you at all.  You were the fake God they gave me; the guy with the cattle prod..ready to zap me every time I sinned.

THEN YOU FOUND ME..ONCE I FOUND YOUR HOLY WORD!

It was a mind explosion! It was an OMG Experience! 

Your wisdom, knowledge, and divinity became a reality to me.  

The relationship that you built with me was overwhelming. You became the Father that I never had; sitting on your lap, enfolded within your arms.

No matter what the world throws at me, I reiterate the following phrase daily; ABBA, I surrender my life to you. Take care of everything. I do my best to lay every worry and every care at Your feet.

I have to constantly remind myself, especially when I’m going through a trauma and looking for your wisdom the following: I can’t do this alone….I need You. I acknowledge that Your goodness, mercy and wisdom will guide me.

A few years ago I was having a heated discussion with a rather bubble-headed person. We were discussing faith, and how important it is, in order to survive this troubled life. She remarked, I believe in Jesus,. I celebrate God.” My answer:”BUT DO YOU KNOW HIM?” 

Jesus said,” There will be many at the end of their lives who  will say,’Lord! Lord!’However my Father will say, “Depart from me, for I never knew You.”

*Build that relationship with Him.

*Acknowledge Him.

YOUR LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME!

Praise You, ABBA, for your goodness, wisdom, and mercy. Thank You, Father, for blessing me this day. 

MY CHILD: Once you acknowledge Me, seek Me, we become ONE. My Holy Spirit dwells within you.  Having a personal relationship is entirely different than being indoctrinated with rules and legalism.  FREEDOM…GRACE….through the blood sacrifice of Jesus on the cross..Remember, Jesus cried out,”It is finished!”

However, just like any class, or job you take, you must work at it.  Make it a habit to spend time with Me.
