Good Morning, ABBA, Father,

Everyone at one time or another faces the darkness.

In my lifetime(My book The Erstwhile Acorn) I have overcome many situations, through the Grace of The Almighty.

God took a little Erstwhile Acorn, and nurtured her to become A Mighty Burr Oak…for His Glory!

I had to make the decision to put on THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD! Ephesians:6 10-20 This includes; the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, feet protected by the gospel of truth, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of The Spirit.

The Word of God, within my mind, thoughts, and emotions, totally transformed my life, from darkness to The “SonLight.”

Once I learned to live as a child of LIGHT…my entire life changed

As I go throughout my day, ABBA, allow me to radiate your light. Guide me to be the one, who blesses those around me with the Fruits of The Holy Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Only when you reach for “The SonLight,” will your mind and emotions change from darkness to light.

Please, ABBA, I say this to anyone who reads this devotional:”You can come out of the darkness. With God first in your life, and the proper medical attention, you can Live in the Light.”

Praise You, Father for allowing me to share my story. Thank You, for blessing me this day.

MY CHILD: First and foremost… anyone seeking The Light needs to digest the following scriptures: Ephesians 4:17-32 Living as Children of Light..also, all of Chapter 5.  These verses will shake you to your innermost being. They will open your eyes to man’s sinful nature.  They will open your  heart, mind, and soul to the results of sin, which creates the darkness. Reach for My “SonLight.” Digest and imbibe My Holy Word. You will become a New Creation!
