A new year presses upon us. Isn’t it funny how you just had me type the word,”Presses?” With the chaotic world situation, it feels as if the weight of the world is placed upon our shoulders. However, we have your promises, ABBA, that help to keep our eyes on you.
Years ago, I was at The Vineyard with my BFF, Gracie. The sermon that eve was about the time Jesus
spoke,”Ephatha” to the deaf man. It was a defining moment within my spirit. My mind began to transform in a depth that I could never have imagined.
A new way of thinking began to take over my thoughts and emotions, and I began to evolve into God’s beautiful butterfly. He was beginning to crack my chrysalis.
I realized the following:
*God is in control. All of the chaos, that is coming upon the world, was prophetically written. He has the plan for salvation already filmed.
*Once he lives within me, he opens me to emotional healing, and gives me strength beyond measure.
*I am righteous by faith…I no longer have to worry about my salvation.
*When Jesus says,”Rest in Me,” he means “God’s Got This!” I don’t have to worry about it. If my soul is opened to him daily in prayer, he will direct my paths.
*Being daily in God’s Holy Word, is “The Great Transformer!” GOD IS THE WORD! Now, I pray for each one of you to experience your own,”Ephatha!”
*May the unsaved find salvation!
*May the evil, liberal media be overcome by your truths,
*May the eyes of pregnant women be opened to realize that abortion …IS MURDER!
AND….May your values and morals be opened to righteousness.
Thank you, ABBA, Father, for blessing me this day.
Mark 7:32-34 There some people brought to him a man who was deaf and could hardly speak, and they begged Jesus to lace his hand on him. After he took him aside, away from the crowd, Jesus put his fingers in the man’s ears, Then he spit and touched the man’s tongue. He looked up to heaven, and with a deep said to him,”Ephatha!” Which means, “Be opened!” Immediately the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak.
Matt 11:28 Come to me all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus, Our Lord.
Psalm 94:19 When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.
