Good Morning, ABBA, Father,

The Holiday season is officially upon us. As I cuddle up in my comfy chair with you, hot cocoa is the order of the day, for my Cup of Fancy. It is a season of joy, giving and healing.

Many will be involved in festive activities. However, there are those who are in physical, emotional, or spiritual pain. Been there and done that…Oh so many times within my life!

How did I survive, heal, and move on from those situations? All I can say is:”I leaned on you,” for thoughts,
words, directions, and decision-making.

I prayed continuously. I placed one foot in front of the other, and walked with you by my side….day by day. I was patient, followed the doctors orders, and spent time with you. I filled my mind with the positive and surrounded myself with the positive, Godly people.

As my depression lifted, You directed me to go back to school, get re-certified for elementary, then continued to get my Masters. You then directed me to teach for 26 more years.

Father, you always provide a way through the trauma, illness, or surviving the death of a loved one.

Your ultimate grace and strength to my Christian sister, who lost her husband last year, is so obvious. It is evident that it is only your Holy Spirit that empowers her.

Often healing and happiness..IS A DECISION.

One has to believe, that her life will become better, as she seeks your direction.

ABBA, the greatest gift that I ever inherited from my parents, was the gift of my Christian Faith. You were always my shelter, my lean-to, during my very present times of trouble. You taught me so many valuable lessons and wisdoms throughout my sufferings. Truly, you work all things for good, for those who love you.

Thank You, for being my Rock and my All. Thank You for blessing me this day.

MY CHILD: You have learned and shared some very valuable truths that you have accrued by spending time with me. Life begins when you make choices. One must live with the consequences of all choices made. Happiness is a choice. You become what you believe yourself to be. Your sister, who has continually fought cancer, for the last 7 years, is a monument to living with faith and creating her own happiness, through Me and her family. She lives day to day, relying on my direction; and she survives happily. She is a monument of the following scenario: One can walk on water, as I uphold them. Know that the sufferings of this life, are building your eternity of glory. I love you.
