Good Morning, ABBA, Father,

The weather is chilly this September morn. It’s actually cooled down enough, that I can now do my writing on the Big, Country Porch, all day. However, Your Holy Word brings warmth to my soul.

Fall is my favorite season; the colors, the smells, harvest, cooking for field hands. There’s just something about the season that sings to me,”I AM the God of harvesting souls.

To know that You are living within me, guiding me, loving me, and whispering my name, is a survival technique for my mind. You are the One who keeps my thoughts in balance.

I love it, ABBA, when something that I’ve been praying for, all of a sudden occurs. There have been several instances, when out of the blue, You’ll give me a profound revelation…. AND I’LL BE LIKE..WHO ME…YOU WANT ME TO DO WHAT?

Out of Your goodness you choose each and every one of us to do powerful things for your glory. Some directions you whisper quietly.

Others, are bold and profound, as it was with me. (My Book: THE ERSTWHILE ACORN)

I, personally could never in a million years write a daily devotional. It’s your Holy Spirit, that writes for me.

When I asked you in tears,”Me? Why would you choose me?” You answered immediately with your sense of humor, from Isaiah.”My thoughts are higher than your thoughts, and my ways are higher than your ways.” LOL! In other words,”I know what I’m doing, Kiddo; be obedient!”

So if you are questioning God,”What should I do?” Remember, He is a GOOD GOD.. who has your back. Give yourself totally and effortlessly to Him….and in His Goodness, He will direct your path.

Thank You, Father, May your goodness shine through me this day, within my relationships.

MY CHILD: I AM…is the God of Goodness. I AM is The God of Harvesting Souls; of resurrecting them. My goodness showers you this day, also with my love and affection. Live in expectation. Believe My promise. Something Good is going to happen to you today. Also, look for the goodness in others and point it out to them throughout the day. This is a way for others to see God living within you; they will want what you have. I love you.
