Memory Verse: As a Disciple of Christ, many see Jesus, through me.

Good Morning, Abba, Father,

As a Disciple of your Son, Jesus Christ, I must live according to your precepts. As I wear the color red, or use
it in a craft or decoration today, help me to visualize the love, courage, and compassion that is necessary to be a
disciple.

The word “Disciple,” is rooted in the word,”Discipline.”

The color Spider Black reminds me of the personal power, dedication and strength that it takes to be a follower of
Christ.

Often times, when life is rough, or I am helping another, my “Discipline Through Christ,” leads me to a whole
new level of peace, calm and emotion. That is you, HolySpirit transforming and directing my mind.

May my life be a model of Christ. May my love and compassion for others, reflect Christ’s love for me.

Teach me, Father to think of others, before myself.

Thank you, Father for blessing me this day.
