Walk Through The Door

Lamentations 3:28-29 When life is being heavy and hard to take go off by yourself,enter the silence. Bow in prayer. Don’t ask questions. Wait for hope to appear.

Lamentations 3:25-26 God proves good to the woman who diligently seeks. It is a good thing to quietly hope; quietly hope for help from God.

Hebrews 3:13 But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called today.

This past week was exhausting! I tutored for 3 days, and then homeschooled twin grandsons on Thurs/Fri. At 71, God has brought me full circle. I’ve been retired as a JA Kindergarten Teacher since 2014. I did a 30
year stint at JA, plus a 7 year stint at a private, Christian Preschool.

Hallelujah! I’m not teaching now. I couldn’t deal with all of the stress of the tech stuff.
BUT GOD…MY MIGHTY GOD….

He has called me out! My Sweet friend and former colleague called me last summer. “God brought you to mind, Sweetheart. Do you tutor?”

“I haven’t in 7 years. However, if God called me out, I must obey my Commander-in-Chief.”

LOL! God’s sense of humor. He told me to “Put it out there!” “I built a classroom in an upstairs bedroom, and I’m tutoring.” I now have 3 students and I tutor 7 hrs a week….just enough for this old lady.

Guess what? THIS OLD LADY HAS STILL GOT IT!

Friday Eve, at 7pm, I was already dozing on the couch. “Going upstairs, Papa. Can’t keep my eyes open.”

As I crawled into bed with my CPAP Machine, and molted under my quilts, I turned into a snoring buffalo. LOL! At 11p.m. Papa comes to bed. You guessed it. I am now wide awake.

Father God has called me over to my “War Room,” AGAIN. It has nothing to do with me. It’s all for His glory. I have shared pictures of my room, desk, lit tree, etc.

Upon my desk is an amazing gift. My Spiritual Sister, Linda Extravagant Grace…Aka…Gracie blessed me with a creation that symbolized our spiritual walk together.

Years ago, the two of us went through some powerfully, spiritual times together. Through her trials, God revealed to her that “She was His precious Ladybug.” He revealed to me that,”You are coming out of a cocoon; thus
the butterfly will be your symbol.”

My gift (the picture); somehow, she found a glass butterfly dish. I believe that it was supposed to be used as a ring dish. She cut out different shades of purple(the color God gave me) butterflies that fit perfectly within the dish.
Then in gold and purple pens she wrote scriptures, quotes, and wisdoms. I often use these to create a blog.

The time that she put into creating this gift of love, overwhelms me. We are still attached at the heart, even though she moved to another town.

On one of the cards, I found the above scriptures.

On another card was printed the following..NOT MY WORDS:
*Go the effort.
*Write the letter.
*Make the apology.
*Take the trip.
*Purchase the gift
*INVEST THE TIME!

THAT ONE HIT ME REALLY HARD; because as I was writing at 1a.m. I began to get a ton of messages from a group called the Patriots.

Yes, we should invest the time in all of the above phrases. However I, as millions of other Americans, have invested a LOT OF TIME in prayer recently.

It is not a time to fear. It is a time to trust God to win the battle, with which America is now ensued.

INVEST THE TIME IN PRAYER.
INVEST THE TIME IN BEING A PATRIOT……AND TRUST.

HEAVENLY FATHER: GOD BLESS AMERICA AND MAY YOUR WILL BE DONE!
