WAITING IS HARD!

In The Mean Time…….

Lamentations 3: 24-26 I say to myself, ”The Lord is my portion; I will wait for Him. The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him; it is good to wait
quietly for the salvation of The Lord.”

Isaiah 40: 31-32 But those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like agles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

OUR PARADIGHM HAS CHANGED: in the meantime……………..
* Praise God that you can be safe at home with your family.
* Praise God that our government is taking steps to alleviate the financial distress of those in the working force.
* Pray at home with your family.
* Now that you are all home schooling, praise God for the teachers who on a daily basis, love and care for your kids, and try their best to mold them into
intelligent human beings. Teachers could never do their job unless they loved your kids, and tried to find the best in each child.
* Do activities at home with your family that you haven’t made time for: art, crafting, creative writing, cooking, dancing, singing, card/ board games, sidewalk chalk, hiking, walks outside in the SUNSHINE.
* I bought some watercolor art courses off of the Udemy App…… love it! I was quite the watercolor artist at Wilmington College…getting back into it
has really been invigorating!
* I never realized that the sight and smell of freshly mowed green grass….and the sound of the lawn mower, can become so aesthetic.
* LOL! A Doctor OZ suggestion..&^%$ Lol! I can’t wait to see how many babies are born in December.
* This has been a wakeup call for the world..people will no longer take others for granted.
* Perhaps parents will sew kindness and gentleness…..no longer fighting at youth sporting events.
* My husband walked in holding two pink hyacinths that he picked out of the flowerbed, and said, ”I love you, Mom.” The smell is a scent of my Beloved Mother in heaven for 26 years….how I miss you. These were one of her favorite flowers.
* Krogers in London has done a spectacular job by spraying carts, wiping off door handles at fridge/freezers/people 6 feet apart at checkout.
* Praise God for the Nurses, Doctors, Health Care workers, police, fireman, truckers, grocery employees…whom are all on the front lines keeping us safe, and our tummies full.
* The sight of my Huge 300 yr. old Burr Oak Tree that I view as I write… also the sweet birdsong that accompanies my view.
* I praise God for Petie and Sadie….my two Chocolate Lab Babies….lying at my feet and giving unconditional love, as the hum of the lawn mower puts them to sleep.
* I praise God that all 3 of our boys and families are safe and healthy. I Facetime with the grandsons.
* I praise God that at any moment, my son Kyle, who lives next door, will arrive with Raider, his Blonde Lab Pup. Peace and serenity will turn into hilarity and laughter, as he pounces on Petie and Sadie.
* The stillness of the country.
* The fact that I turn into Betty Crocker when I’m shut indoors is fun; however, I have to lose some pounds to look good in the dress for Kyle’s
wedding. Therefore, the rest of the cake is in the freezer.

Praise God for Farmers.. you would have nothing without them. PLEASE PRAY FOR A DRY PLANTING SEASON.
* Get your head in God’s Word and begin to journal.

AND WHEN THE WORLD RETURNS….AND WE ARE DONE WAITING…..Praise God for the lessons learned.

HEAVENLY FATHER: May the Comforter, The Holy Spirit bless all whom this touches. Amen.
