HE DELIGHTS IN ME? WHAT THE?
WHO ME????

The Lord your God is with you. He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with His love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
Psalm 73:23-26 Yet, I am always with you, you hold me by your right hand. You guide me with Your counsel, and afterward You will take me into glory. Whom have I in heaven but You? Earth has nothing I desire besides You? My flesh and heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Here’s what I’ve learned over the past 20 years:
He’s not a God of rules and legalism…He’s a God of Grace.
He’s not a God of Religion…..He’s a God of relationship.
He blew breath into me. Before I was born He held me in the palm of His hands.
He rejoices over me with singing…yes, me.
I am the Daughter of a King.
He speaks directly to me through His Holy Word, the Bible.
He is not a God of fear….He is a God of Love.

Many things that I was taught about religion in my youth have been melted away. He has taken my sins and flung them, ”As far as the East is from the West.”

SO WHEN YOU’RE FEELING DOWN AND OUT:
Praise God and rejoice: because you are a child of the King.
If you have been praying and praying, and it seems as if God isn’t listening….don’t you believe it! He will bring you the right relationship/job/friend/home….. at the perfect time.
GIVE HIM ULTIMATE TRUST; I’m so glad He didn’t answer a few of my prayers. I would have wound up divorced from a total, unfaithful, non-Christian creep….. Who first said, ”I love you.” Hang in there. God sends the right blessings at the right time.
HEAVENLY FATHER: Teach us all how to be patient, and wait upon the Lord. Your timing is perfect timing. When God closes a door, He always opens a window.
