The prodigal son was welcomed back by his father, without question or reprimands. I am reminded of God’s love and grace as I read and reaquaimt myself with this story. All of us are prodigals, not just sons but daughter’s too! Parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and so forth. Because the young man in the story was an heir to his father and the riches of his family. Well, God says we are heirs too! And even when we fall away, turn away,Brun away from the word and will of God, He still welcomes us back without question. Grace, forgiveness, love….
The next time a loved one hurts you, remember to give this to them when they ask. It’s just as your Father God has blessed us with .
Thank you father, amen.
